Managing Director Sinapses was founded by Mr. Luciano C. Brito, a multidisciplinary executive with many years of international experience, from startup to large companies. Most of his achievements has been in the creation, turnaround and revitalization of business units, corporate programs and initiatives. He has performed in several functions, including management, operations, IT, business development and technical sales, in the US, Europe and Brazil. He holds four academic degrees, is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt. Many regarded him as a natural leader, negotiator, mentor, innovator and change manager, who can plan strategically and execute globally, leveraging IT, project and change management, and business process improvement tools.
He hold executive positions at Siemens, Fidelity Investments, PTC, Philips Electronics and other companies in the past. Earlier in his career, he has built a professional services organization for a systems integrator startup and was then invited to join a Lockheed Martin subsidiary, where he later led the Global Alliances Group. Fluent in some languages, he also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in strategy, international business, marketing, technology, quality, innovation and change management. Mr. Brito personally reviews all partnerships of the company and oversees all its engagements.
